The 8 Super-Stylish Eco Warriors You Have to Follow on Instagram

The 8 Super-Stylish Eco Warriors You Have to Follow on Instagram

Are you interested in helping protect and save Mother Earth but aren’t sure where to start? One of the intentions I set for myself for 2020 was to become a better resident of Earth. I mean, I already recycle, but I could definitely use some help with not purchasing brand new clothes, reducing my plastic, and learning how to cook more veggie-forward meals.

To celebrate Earth Day, I’ve decided to round up a list of influential eco influencers who are doing their part to help spread the word about recycling, zero waste, how to protect our oceans, how to shop sustainably, how to combat climate change, and how to create a world that we’ll be proud to leave behind. I mean, let’s face it—we’re all on our phones all day anyway, so we might as well inject some feel-good energy into our timelines and focus on things we *can* do during this time.

Interested in embracing the zero waste lifestyle but aren’t sure how to start? Lauren can help! She’s the founder and CEO of Package Free, a store that has all the supplies you need to create less trash (and therefore, less harm to our oceans, seas, rivers, and grasslands). As an environmental studies major and proponent of the zero waste lifestyle since 2012, she’s got all of your questions answered. Seeing pictures of her zero waste fridge is honestly one of the most inspiring things I’ve seen in weeks.
